In respect of shipments where the date of order of “Let Export” was prior to 1.4.2002, the last date for filing DEPB applications has been extended upto 31st March 2004. In this regard the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a Public Notice No.33 dated 14th November 2003. FIEO had requested for this extension as in number of cases export proceeds are still to be realized.
