The Government has decided to review the DEPB rates in case of all produces where the DEPB Rates are 15% or more. For this purposes representative data on FOB value of exports and CIF value of inputs used in the export product, as per SION, is required to be submitted through the concerned Export Promotion Councils. In this regard DGFT office has issued Policy Circular No. 8/2003-07 dated 20.6.03.

Exporters may comply the requirement accordingly.
