- Customs Notification No. 62/2004-Customs dated 12th May, 2004 specifies import duty @ Rs.100/- per 10 grams for gold
bars, other than tola bar, Rs.250/- per 10 grams for gold in any form and Rs.500/- per kg. for silver in any form.
